The Drawing Desk Loyalty Program

The Drawing Desk has created a unique loyalty program for our customers. To Boost activity and build a community of repeat customers on the site who are enthusiastic about The Drawing Desk. Customers earn Drawing Desk Coins by taking actions on your site such as purchasing or signing up for a newsletter. When they accumulate enough points they can redeem rewards such as discount coupons.

The Drawing Desk chooses how customers earn points as well as what reward coupons they can redeem. The Drawing Desk also customizes the name and points icon of your loyalty program to match the brand. View all current loyalty program participants from your site's dashboard and manually assign points. Members can lose points only if they remove themselves from membership. All current points earned at that time will be Null and Void. 

The Drawing Desk Community App and Other Community Site Rules

The Drawing Desk has an App for People looking for a more confidential community and talks about Comics, Webcomics, Movies, Video Games, and other subjects The Drawing Desk considers a non-violent topic. The Drawing Desk Members directly must observe the following rules.

 

1. Fairness and Respect for others: The Drawing Desk practices fairness and respect. Logical discussions and debates are approved, but please be polite and respectful. Everyone has different ideas or is at a certain level of art and there is no need to force others to think the same.

 

2. No hate speech or bullying: Any form of hate speech or bullying is strictly forbidden. Hateful comments on race, gender, culture, country, identity, or sexual orientation would not be tolerated. Anyone who posts this kind of comment will be instantly removed and banned from the community.

 

3. No Explicit or Violent Content: Any kind of explicit or violent content would not be tolerated. The format includes but is not limited to pornography, explicit words, or images. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Disclosure of Confidential Info: The release of confidential information is strictly forbidden Please do not disclose exclusive information, including but not limited to WebComics contracts, editors-related issues discussed in the community, author information, etc to any third parties. Once found, violators would be removed from the community.

5. Screenshotting Digital Comics:

The Drawing Desk Members have access to all digital comics. The comics are not to be copied in any way. This includes copying/pasting, screenshots, downloading, any snipping tool, or anything in the copying sense. Anyone caught in such acts will be banned from membership and will be fined and/or sued. Please see the License section on this page.

The Drawing Desk Tier Members:

As a Tier Member, you have access to all the website services. Your membership begins at the end of your 30-day trial (Tier 2 and 3 members) and will be billed every month after. When a Tier Member cancels membership any bonus that comes at the end of the month is also removed. For Tier 2 and 3 members, Once canceled, any Loyalty Points set for that month will also be canceled. When a formal member rejoins they begin a new 30-day renewal. When a Tier 1 member decides to move up or a Tier 3 decides to move down a Tier they begin a new 30-day renewal. It is best for members to change their tier at the end of their monthly renewals, so the date stays the same or close to the same and they receive their loyalty points.  

Free Members:

Site visitors can sign up for free to view videos, have access to the Blog "Ink Blots", and limited access to the forums.  However, all free accounts will be subject to monthly sweeps. The monthly sweeps are to determine any dead accounts on the site. A dead account on a site is an account that shows no activity in the month that has past. To determine a dead account we at The Drawing Desk will send a wake-up e-mail on non-active accounts. The User receiving this e-mail only needs to respond within the time allowed on the e-mail. If the User has not responded in the time allowed the account will be removed from our database. As always, no information will be used or sold to anyone once the information is purged. The Drawing Desk is committed to the removal of information without selling or using it in a way that will not benefit the owner. Also, the removal of dead accounts helps The Drawing Desk keep an accurate number in our database. Also, The Drawing Desk's use of the user's information is strictly used only as a form of communication with the user. Once an account has been removed, the user will need to re-register.  Tier 2 and Tier 3 users are exempt from monthly sweeps. 

Solicitation Policy

The Drawing Desk Solicitation Policy is for companies and individuals looking to sell items or services to the company. The Drawing Desk will only accept inquiries by mail. Companies or Individuals must mail their inquiries to the mailing address for a response. Any contact through the chat or E-mail will be removed and no response will be attempted. Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully.  This is the Return and Refund Policy for The Drawing Desk. Digital products We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Contact me If you have any questions about our Returns and Refunds Policy, please contact me on the Contact Me page. Regarding our inventory products, If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item, You will receive a Partial refund. The reason for this is that The item must be shipped back within 7 days for the refund process to begin. In the matter of tier members, there is a refund given to subscribers.  Anything past the 7-day time frame will result in a void in the refund. Once we receive the item back the refund will be delivered to you. The partial refund will include, shipping charges and a restocking fee.
